What if my order has not arrived on time?

FedEx has a tracking system which makes information available to the customers about the day of delivery .  If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, FedEx will leave a notice of the time the package will be re-delivered.  Products are usually shipped by Ground (three-day) delivery or Express (overnight).  We ship a minimum of three products in a Gift Box, but you may order a Gift Box with as many Products as you desire. 

What if my order was damaged?

FedEx guarantees undamaged delivery, but if damaged occurs it must be reported within 10 days.  Please notify Sudie's Company immediately, so we can contact FedEX.  Our toll free number is 1-866-717-1074

What if I cannot eat some of the products?

Each product has ingredients listed on the back label of the package.  Please check ingredients for dietary assistance.

How fresh are your products?

To assure freshness and quality control, all products have less than a week of home shelf life.   These products have no preservatives. Enjoy your treats during the holidays for maximum freshness.

Does your packaged plain pecans have fragments in the package?

All fresh pecans are culled by hand for the removal of fragments.  Despite careful effort, occasionally a piece of the shell will slip through.  We regret that this happens and apologize in advance for this happening.  To date, we have had no reports on unwanted shell fragments in our shipments.

Can chocolate candy and pies be shipped year round?

Warm weather is a problem for shipping chocolate and pies.  It is not recommended to ship chocolate or pies from April through mid October.  We will be glad to substitute some of our other delicious products to replace the chocolates and pies.
